New Construction
TM Murphy Constructions holds a low rise building license and can build up to three stories.
All new constructions require architectural and engineering plans. To ensure your plans are correct, we closely work with architectures and engineers to oversee the design process, and are in constant communication with contractors.
Building Refurbishments
TM Murphy Constructions have completed a number of commercial refurbishments which vary from a singular office space to the entire building capacity. These works can include
- A new fit-out of the available space
- Refurbishment of the existing layout
- Upgrade existing features
Building Refurbishments also expands to maintenance works for public and private clients, such as
